We have access numbers for over 100 countries, which is far greater than most audio-conferencing services provide.
What can I do if my country is not on the list?
All of the access numbers can be dialed from any country. We would recommend the users dials from a local country with the cheapest calling rate.
Are there any setup fees or monthly payments?
No, this is a pay as you go service, where you pay a fixed rate per line per minute.
Can the PIN code and account be used across the whole company?
Yes. The PIN can be used across the company. So, all conference calls are billed to one account
How many conference calls can I make?
You can make an unlimited amount of conference calls.
How much do conference calls cost?
Calls to most countries are 0.49 HK$ per line per minute.
In the following three zones, a surcharge will be added for use of toll free or special numbers:
Zone 1: 0.89 HK$ EUR per line per minute (China, India, Vietnam)
Zone 2: 1.29 HK$ EUR per line per minute (Philippines, Sri Lanka, Pakistan)
Zone 3: 1.49 HK$ EUR per line per minute (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Uruguay)
How reliable is the service?
Voxogo conferencing is ultra-reliable and dependable. Over the last year, we have had an up time of over 99.9%.
What does the 14-day satisfaction guarantee mean?
If you are not completely satisfied with the service after 14 days, you can contact us and have your account cancelled. You will not be charged for the first 14 days use.
